The colors you can see in the pictures are authentic. Nevertheless, we always recommend ordering samples so that you can see an actual product.
The Akupanel is made of black acoustic felt (made of recycled plastic). On top of that, you find the slats with an MDF core and a 3-sides veneer surface.
You best use a duster or a vacuum cleaner for the cleaning.
Clean only in a well-ventilated room and avoid any product containing Carbon Tetra-chloride or other toxic materials. Do not use anything more abrasive than a cotton cloth on any part of the panel.

The surfaces are in principle untreated – however, we provide the choice of oiled or unfinished slats so you can pick your favorite finish based on the requirements of your project. When left untreated, the slats boast softer shades and a matte appearance, while the oiled finish provides a richer color and slight sheen.
